Lake Placid Volunteer Fire Department chief Adam Hess was presented the coveted Harry Seeber Memorial Award at Thursday evening's annual banquet for the Greater Lake Placid Chamber of Commerce. Hess is flanked by Seeber brothers Bobby (at left) and Les. The award is named for Harry Seeber, the first executive director of the Chamber.
