Lake Placid Elks Lodge is asking area residents to nominate their choices for five community awards.

“Have you had experience with our community’s workers, businesses or citizens? Have you wanted to recognize them for their efforts,” asked John Donelly, Lake Placid Elks community chairmen. “It’s time to hear from you, the community, with your nomination.”
