Chip Thullbery, Administrative Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, (seated) is retiring Nov. 29 after 30 years with the department. The well-regarded public servant will be succeeded by his associate, Brian Haas, shown here with Thullbery.
A man described by his co-workers as cool, calm and clear-thinking is getting ready to retire from the State Attorney’s office in Bartow.
Chip Thullbery will be leaving his post as Administrative Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit soon. A going-away party is planned for Nov. 29, which also happens to be his birthday, from 2 to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the historic courthouse.
