David Loren Dunn, 77, of Englewood, Fla., passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2012.

He was born June 6, 1935, in Rochester, N.Y., to Max and Grace Dunn.

David graduated from Allendale High School in Rochester. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1954 until 1957. David owned and operated Dunn Lawn Services in Englewood. He was a past senior vice president of VFW Post 10178 in Englewood; and was a member of the Marine Corps League in North Port, Fla., Moose Lodge 1933 in Englewood, American Legion Post 159 in Venice, Fla., and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3885 in Englewood.

David is survived by his wife, Alice Dunn; children, Darcy (William) Smith of Mendon, N.Y., Scott (Michele) Dunn of Agawam, Mass., and Max (Julie) Dunn of Pittsford, N.Y.; grandchildren, Cameron and Morgan Smith of Mendon, Jack Dunn of Agawam, and Ethan and Loren Dunn of Pittsford; sister, Nancy (Arnold) Leckie of Honeoye Falls, N.Y.; and brother, Dennis (Karen) Dunn of Honeoye Falls.
