Ruth A. Spiller, 81, of Englewood, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012.

She was born Sept. 10, 1931, in St. Albans, N.Y.

Ruth and her husband, John “Jack”, moved to Englewood in 1991, from Long Island, N.Y.

She will be greatly missed by her husband of 61 years, Jack; daughters, Kathleen Niel of Englewood, and Elizabeth Burlew of Satellite Beach, Fla.; son, Jack (Doreen) Spiller of Babylon, N.Y.; brother, Tom DiDominica of Oceanside, N.Y.; grandchildren, Kenneth, Jennifer, Danielle, Theresa, Elizabeth, Jesse, and Kylie; great-granddaughter, Riley; along with many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be in New York at a later date.

Arrangements are with National Cremation Society of Port Charlotte, Fla.
