This is to the driver of the red pickup truck who, on the afternoon of Sept. 25, hit and killed our little dog on East Hillsborough Boulevard. I hope your conscience is bothering you and you can’t sleep at night. But, sadly, people like you do not have a conscience, and obviously do not like animals.
