From all appearances, the days are numbered for Big League Dreams’ plans to build a sports park in North Port. Four months, give or take.
The California-based company has until July 11 to buy property in North Port and, presumably, make a commitment to follow through with its plans for a youth and adult sports complex there. The most likely site was thought to be a spot near the Toledo Blade-Panacea Boulevard exit off Interstate 75.
