The first ever Englewood cash mob is planned Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at Ivy's Attic. The goal is to bring a little local stimulus to local mom 'n pop stores. Cash mobs have been held all over the U.S.

The Englewood Cash Mob, a grassroots, community-led movement to support local businesses, will strike for the eighth time.
A group of local shop owners got together and encouraged others to join them in “mobbing” one chosen local store each month to support the concept of shopping local.
