About 80 to 125 residents and nonresidents show up for Soup and Sandwich Night every Thursday January through March at the 392-unit Holiday Travel Park in Englewood. Soup is $2, a sandwich is $2 and proceeds go to park activities which helps keep down the cost of park maintenance. “We’ve been doing this for about 12 years,” says resident Marcelline “Jimmie” Huggett.
