MURDOCK — Rabbits, turkeys, goats, chickens, pigs and calves were to be auctioned off inside the livestock barn at the Charlotte County Fair Saturday afternoon. But that wasn’t the main attraction.
What was really on display was how brothers, sisters, moms and dads work as a team, along with the support of community-minded residents, to compete for championship ribbons and raise money for college through their 4-H and Future Farmers of America clubs.
