As many as 150 people attend beach yoga this time of year on Englewood Beach, where they stretch and breathe to the sound of waves, “blessed with sunshine,” says photographer Mary Lundeberg. “It’s a wonderful way to relax and challenge muscles.” Beach yoga is offered daily at 9 a.m. and also at sunset on Wednesdays by Loving Light Yoga and Healing Center of Englewood.
