Scooby-Doo, a stray killed during a high-speed chase in November, is believed to have fathered a litter of seven born on Jan. 2.
A stray dog killed as a result of a high-speed chase on Laurel Road may live on in his offspring.
Patty Ferraro, who befriended the stray, said her dog Georgia started showing signs of pregnancy shortly after the Nov. 6 death of the dog she named Scooby-Doo because of his resemblance to the cartoon pooch.
