Before the junior varsity Lady Bulldogs’ game against Sebring, second-year player Victavia Blandin felt confident her team was prepared since they had played tough games against North Port, Charlotte and Port Charlotte.

Coach Cail was a little more cautious as she watched Sebring warm up. “They have some pretty good hitters, but it still comes down to passing,” she said. Coach Cail was right, as Sebring did a little better job of controlling the ball and came out with a 2-0 victory over DeSoto.
