NORTH PORT — That the Bobcat Relays was North Port High School’s first track meet of the season should mean that team will only get better. That should frighten any opponent who saw the North Port boys sprinters dominate their own meet.

Especially returning state qualifier Ro’Derick Spears, who ran in three winning relays, breaking the meet records for each. The senior even admitted he wasn’t sure before the meet that was possible.
