DeSoto County lands 11 players on All Area teams

Christian Friend was the lone representative for the Bulldogs’ offense on the 2012 Charlotte Sun All Area first team.
The DeSoto County volleyball and football teams placed 11 players on the 2012 Charlotte Sun All Area teams. Five of the players won first team honors while six were named honorable mention.
For DeSoto County volleyball, Tishonna Riley and Krysta Court were named on the first team while Christian Friend, Jordan Washington and Devontre Tyler won the honors for the Bulldog football team.
