• Mahlon H. Teter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Porter O. Teter, recently was promoted to Army Specialist Four while serving as a military policeman with the 504th Military Police Battalion at the Presidio of San Francisco, California. Spec. Teter entered the Army in April, 1976. He is a 1975 graduate of DeSoto High School.
