Team Arcadia’s Downtown Merchants Committee is having a Chocolate Festival 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 30 in downtown Arcadia. Participating stores will have chocolate goodies and there will be a chocolate recipe baking contest.

Enter your favorite chocolate recipe and compete for $50 for first place, $25 for second place. The public will sample and vote on the best recipe ($2/person to sample and vote; entry fee to be determined).
