DESOTO COUNTY — Among the many topics discussed Tuesday at the Board of County Commissioners regular meeting, two dominated the discussion: The acquisition by the county of the Aqua water distribution facility in Lake Suzy and the old county map that was sent to Maryland to be digitized.

For the former, County Attorney Don Conn offered the board a status report on the negotiations.
