The Bartow Garden Club put up the wreath at the Florida Department of Transportation. Decorating and preparing it that morning were, from left, Sandra Thompson, Audrey Swindal, Eda Marchman, Rhoda Whitten, Sandy Sewell, Cindy West, Debi Roberts, April Sanchez, Georgiann Sumner and Carolyn Hinton. Also participating was Betty Jean Bryan is not in the picture. The wreath will be in place until Jan. 2.

The Bartow Garden Club wreath is in full display at the Florida Department of Transportation facing Broadway. It was put on display Dec. 5 and will stay in place until Jan. 2.
