There definitely should be a limitation to access to schools during school hours. Arming security guards is not a problem but if you arm teachers, you're only asking for trouble.

I would only like for a knowledgable person to handle guns. It would have to be a professional police officer.

My child's safety is very important and the care about safety has to be in the school. I think I'd want to hear from the school board and the parents about what should be done. I don't want a knee-jerk reaction and we'd have to proceed and think out the pros and cons.

My thought is there should be more safety in schools, but having my sister, who is a teacher, wit a gun in her desk isn't the way. There should be a better way.
