Guests can see the beautiful sunsets of Perdido Key from the Caribbean-Style Villa Condo located in the luxury, gated community, Purple Parrot Village Resort. The villa cottages offer a comfortable, tropical decor, which will set the mood for an exciting and relaxing vacation. This tropical resort features 114 unique Caribbean-Style villa cottages with all your personal use amenities. This is not a high-rise condo. It is your very own villa cottage located in a gated community, surrounding a 5000 square foot tropical oasis swimming pool with a waterfall cave. The pool-side Purple Parrot Tiki Bar is also available for your pleasure and features an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, along with a fitness center with all new workout equipment. The sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are also just two minutes away. Age Requirements- Guests under 25 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register and will lose all funds paid to P.K.R.M.. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No house parties. Please note that, as each property is privately owned, upon arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement. Please note that the following cleaning fees will be collected at check-in- 1 bedroom- USD 83.64 2 bedroom- USD 100.36 3 bedroom- USD 111.51 Working cell and email reqd to make reservation. Check-in is 4-5pm. Check-out is at 10am. Office closes at 5pm, guests arriving after 5pm must call in advance for instruction. Call 72 hrs prior to arrival to obtain gate code. Min age reqd at check-in 25. After hours check-ins will need to touch base with the office at 1-850-492-9999. Please call 72 hours prior to arrival to obtain a lock box code.
